By accessing or using Vionra at vionra.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Vionra provides automated monitoring of publicly accessible web pages including competitor pricing pages, job listings, blogs, and review platform pages. Our service detects changes to these pages and delivers summaries via email and an online dashboard.

We only monitor publicly accessible URLs. We do not support or condone monitoring of private, authenticated, password-protected, or sensitive endpoints. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor any URLs you submit.

3. Subscription and Billing

Vionra is offered as a subscription service at $299 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial, you will be charged the monthly fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vionra to:

• Monitor websites that you do not have permission to access
• Circumvent technical protection measures on any website
• Collect personally identifiable information about individuals
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service
• Engage in competitive intelligence gathering that violates applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

The Vionra platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Vionra and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vionra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all competitor page changes will be detected. Scraping accuracy depends on third-party websites and their anti-bot measures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vionra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
